This notice covers the coming-soon website’s launch notification list and Ambassador interest form.

What you share

We ask for your email address and permission to send launch updates. If you identify as a performer, we also ask for a public website or social profile link to understand the artists interested in Tribute.

Ambassador interest

If you express interest in becoming an Ambassador, we collect your name, email, local scene, description of your interest, and optional public profile link. We store these in Supabase and use them to review your interest and contact you about the program. Submitting does not enroll you as an Ambassador or subscribe you to launch emails. You may request removal by replying to our outreach.

How we use it

We use these details for Tribute launch communications and artist outreach related to launch. We don’t sell the list. Signup storage, when enabled, is handled by Supabase. We use Google Analytics on our production website to understand visits and successful form submissions. Analytics storage and advertising consent default to denied, so Google may receive cookieless measurement signals. We do not send your name, email, profile link, or form responses as analytics event data. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.

Spam protection

When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect these forms against automated spam. Cloudflare processes browser and device signals for verification. Verification tokens are checked on our server before a submission is saved.

Your choice

Joining is optional. Every launch email must include an unsubscribe option. Reply to a launch email to request deletion of your signup details. We keep the list only while needed for these launch communications.

App privacy

This notice does not describe the app’s handling of accounts, venue check-ins, or location. The app’s privacy information will be provided separately.
